I suggest we surgically, with a rusty spoon, remove the shaft of this "doctor" and then sew the head back on right at the base. Then, we test his sensitivity by jabbing him with a vibrator. Immediately after he regains consciousness after this anesthesia-free impromptu operation, that is. Then we ask him to report, on a scale of 0 (no sensation) to 5 (maximum), how strongly he feels the touch, and compare it to shoving this straight up his arse.

Have to say this doesn't really surprise me. Totally disgust and outrage, yes. Surprise? Unfortunately not. Asshole from cultures that promote this kind of female mutilation have been using it for centuries to control, if not totally destroy, that which they fear most: female sexuality. Of course they are all doing this to "save" the souls of the women they are mutilating and "making them more worthy of (Insert Misogynistic Deity Name Here)," so there's no reason for any truly "moral" or "righteous" to object, right?

I could conceive of scenarios in which a consenting adult woman did in fact want such, like perhaps it was large enough to cause discomfort in clothing, so like having breast reduction surgery or something. But key words there are consenting adult. This is just horrific.
