I never saw any of the first three in the theater. I wasn't born for A New Hope and was only a tiny thing for the other two - although my own personal first recollection of a movie theater I think was The Secret of NIMH or The Last Unicorn, both of which were a year before Jedi. Hm. I guess maybe my mom didn't think I'd be interested, or that it wasn't suitable for my age.
