Yarr! Why be there no Friday night clubs? I'm bored enough I'd even go by myself for a while. Feh. I would say "well, there's always that old standby, smoking pot and watching MST3K" except that I'm fairly sick of all the MST3K I own, and it's not an old standby as I've never purchased any weed in my life and hardly consumed but a few hits and couple of cookies' worth, and in any case I don't have any to smoke even if I wanted to (which I wouldn't actually, I was just being facetious).
Aha, someone finally decided to snarf some mp3s off me on WinMX. I went on looking for a remix of "Bela Lugosi's Dead" I heard on the radio the other day (I actually had found it a couple days ago, but I wasn't patient enough to wait through the queue of 6 people), and usually like the second I log on I'm jumped on for one thing or another, despite my 56K modem on which it seems one can only get 28.8 going upstream (I know it's supposed to be less, but is it supposed to be half?).
