Argh. This kind of turned into a complete entry on its own, as opposed to just a comment reply to a comment on a previous post.

Yar. Never mind that. It's good to know that someone.. and someone I specifically respect/admire (as opposed to in the general way in which I tend to think everyone is ahead of me), at that, is reading this!
I tend to worry that I'm posting at a blank wall, so to speak. The knowledge that I often read, am interested, and absorb (and therefore, appreciate) without having any feedback, and thus, conversely, other people could have the same reaction to my posts, is, paradoxically, not consolation. (I like commas! Commas are my friends! ^_^ t'ain't that a complex sentence? SAT, eat your point-scale out!)
Like many things, I have trouble applying something I, myself, feel, to someone else, and imagining that they could feel it towards me. Well, I suppose that has to do with a problem understanding "feelings" in general. But in any case... the point of all this is... thank you for reading, and for letting me know that you read. The feeling that I'm listened to (even if not agreed with) as opposed to ignored is a very important thing to me. (Step #2 is that I'm agreed with as opposed to discounted as an idiot, which is different from being thought wrong on rational grounds.)
