increased filesize of bookmarks.html

Can anyone tell my why the size of my bookmark file about doubled when I upgraded from .9.3 to 1.0? I don't mean there's more bookmarks there (in fact there are fewer since I deleted a couple today), I just mean it takes up that much more space on the disk. This makes it rather impractical to transfer back and forth between work and home by attaching it to an email. (56K here at home, guys >_<)

more firefox weirdness

Also, wtf same version of extension being deemed incompatible with Firefox 1.0 at work and thus disabled, and not deemed so at home and thus left enabled (and working just fine, I might add)? I wasn't downloading nightly builds or anything; these are the same full release packages from the front page of Mozilla. Only thing I can guess is that there's something slightly different about the environment in XP vs 2K.
