Is anyone else annoyed that Props 57 and 58 are bound together? I'd like to be able to have the "balanced budget" stuff in 58 but I'm certainly not going to approve $15 billion in deficit bonds to get it. Grr.
annoyed? yes. Surprised? not at all. politicians have teir little games. unfortunately, they've gotten entirely too good at playing them at our expense.
