I changed the default language in Word to English (Canada).

Hey, I wanted to know really when to use "ou" and when not. It's not in every word with an "o", you know.

Centre (not Center)
Colour (not Color)
Defence (not Defense)
Cheque (not Check)
Realize (not Realise)
Grey (not Gray)
Curb (not Kerb)

Because Canada is where I'm immigrating to, and there are differences between its English and that of the UK.

Ah, see... though I used the example of "ou", I'm actually fairly good about that... but still using "z" instead of "s" (realize) trips me up. (Word even accepts both for Canadian English >_<) But this is the kind of thing I meant. There's a lot of places where English (Canada) is equivalent to English (UK) and a lot of places where it's not.
