"double your torture"

Does the phrase "double your torture, double your fun" ring any bells with anyone else? I googled but I only found 5 results, none of which seem right. My memory is that it was a scene from a TV show and had something to do with torturing twins (?). While this was said, the torturer (perhaps a mad scientist type?) was moving the arms and legs of one of them, or a representation thereof, or something. The voice is pretty clear in my head but not actually anchoring to anything. Any ideas?

Was it one of the dungeon scenes from "You Can't Do That On Television"? Fakey German accent?

Well, I can't seem to find a ref, and various other results seem to hint it may have been Russian (given the time period) rather than German, but that positively pounds a gong in my head (I think Adam was in the sketch) and I am going to assume you are correct.
