clumsy oaf!

I'm not sure what arrangement of the stars has caused me to lose all my manual dexterity (except for typing, I guess, which I can still do at about 90 wpm without tons of errors), but in the past three days, I have:

• Broken a dog dish by dropping a glass bottle of taco sauce onto it from the pantry above (fortunately the taco sauce survived intact)
• Broken a salad plate by dropping it onto the counter from the cabinet above
• Not broken anything, but made a nice splash, by dropping a plastic bottle of peanut butter into a dog water dish from the pantry above
• Dropped a log on the floor with a nice "boom" sound when bringing one in from the woodpile last night
• Knocked a yardstick off the roof of one of one of my cabinets at work when getting my umbrella from the same place
• Spilled my tea all over the newspaper this morning

My mother says I should just sit quietly and not do anything, and she's probobaly got a point there...
