Just now is the first time I have ever officially broken anything on a keyboard. I have had them mysteriously stop working, and I have spilled things on them and needed to clean the internal plastic membrane, but never before have I ever actually snapped off a key at the point where the little bit that goes into the "socket" on the keyboard joins into the square top of the key.
Perhaps my F just decided to say "Fuck it"?
I have it sitting next to me, but I'm still typing on the stub like nothing happened. Yarr. (I wonder if we have the right kind of glue in this house...)
