Emily Carding-Allen, a student of John Matthews, has made a Tarot of the Sidhe making use of the image (and vibe) of the "Great Glyph" printed in The Sidhe: Wisdom of the Celtic Otherworld. I'm not usually impressed by "faery" tarots but this one is rather good. You can see more art by her at her DeviantArt gallery. (I couldn't find an individual website for her. You might also look at The Transparent Tarot, which is a very interesting concept.)
You can buy a limited edition signed deck of the majors only, but the price for 22 pieces of cardstock (signed or no) is just about giving me a heart attack, so that's on the back burner to say the least. I am, however, going to get one of the "charms" (i.e., a pendant -- although maybe it's tiny, I dunno) of the glyph from Lorian, which was the only place I could find that carried them (and I think was probably the website I had bookmarked originally, when the book was still upcoming -- it looks familiar).
