Would anyone be interested in a free copy of Rammstein's "Sehnsucht"? I found it in a lost CD folder that no one ever came back for at work, many moons ago. No original case, thus no tray insert and liner notes. The disc is lightly scratched (humph! I take much better care of CDs than many people, it seems) but still plays. I've decided I'm just not interested in this album anymore.

I already have it but I'm curious why you're not interested in it any more. I still listen to it and the other Rammstein albums I have now and then, although not much lately. Last night was Maria Callas. This morning was Judy Garland. Maybe later tonight Tiger Lillies or a new collection of music from the San Francisco area in the sixties. I try to take good care of my CDs but I have never actually gotten rid of any of them unless they are a duplicate (I do that now and then, sometimes by accident, sometimes because a remastering of the original has been released). Some of them are very good friends. Some are acquaintances but now and again I like to refresh my memory. Sometimes things which didn't sound so good originally sound better for various and sundry reasons or I discover something I hadn't heard before.

Oh man I'm all over that!

Are you ever up in the East Bay area?

Unless [livejournal.com profile] evergrey gets it, I'd be more than happy to get it!
