Time to get to DMV: 15 minutes
Time wasted driving around trying to park, including almost getting backed up into by a big white van and then after sitting there in the exactl same spot for literally three minutes while some other cars moved and the van finally got out of the way, having it stolen by some bitch in a minivan who zipped in from the opposite direction, and once giving up and trying to park on the street, and giving up on that because it seemed I would have to park too far away, and then giving up on the actual parking lot again and swallowing the fact that I would have to park down the street quite a ways (between 1/8 and 1/4 mile): 20 minutes
Time spent actually inside DMV, since I had an appointment: 10 minutes
Sucker-punching that bitch in the minivan: Would have been priceless
