This Rabbit's Foot dry mead is kind of growing on me, but I think I prefer sweet meads. I'm still pondering the "grand reserve" stuff I posted about earlier today, though.
Yes, the dry is quite good. I picked up a bottle of their sweet as well as their "Mead of Poetry" from the meadery today, since they're local to me. Rabbit's Foot Meadery (http://www.rabbitsfootmeadery.com)
I also like Honeyrun (http://www.honeyrun.com), in Chico, CA (especially the elderberry and blackberry), but their meads have a somewhat "thinner" quality to them.
