is it me, or has livejournal moved the "menu bar" part of the theme down to a pure text thing at the bottom of the page, rather than up under the logo and userpic where it belongs in the xcolibur theme?

So I'd think, except that it's been EVERY (basic) livejournal page AT ALL for like, TWO DAYS.
Anyway, it's totally not the same as the way it's looked when there was a page loading prob.
