Wow, the difference between bold/ital and all-caps suddenly becomes clear: I naturally misread that as: LAMP, the acronym for "Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP" (or Perl or Python for the final letter), the common web-development architecture". Then I re-read it and got the joke. But my theater tech days are a long time ago, while my new job is doing LAMP development.
