The inside of a Ghirardelli wrapper, where they advertise all their various chocolates, uses the words "tantalizing", "flawless", and "temptation" waaaay too many times.
Hey! I happen to have over a half pound of the dark stuff of that very brand clutched in my little talon, atm. (It's a horrid vice I have, chocolate.) Personally, I'd tend to agree with them, but I *am* in Marketing for a living, so YMMV. *munch*
I guess I just don't think of Ghirardeeli as being all that exotic, since I live less than an hour away from where it's made and all. http://www.chocosphere.com excites me a lot more. (then again, my current favourite chocolate is Dagoba New Moon, which can be got at the store just down the street, although I'm not sure where it's produced.)
I don't know that Ghirardeli is all that exotic either, but it definitely beats our Hershey's. This chunk was free to me. My in-laws brought it to me from their recent trip to WDW in Orlando.
