Pcon is definitely hugs and good, but I also recommend ConvoCation in Michigan. It occurs the weekend after Pcon and while I haven't been personally (only due to lack of funds up till now), I know some of the people that run it. It's definitely smaller, but has some great presenters. http://www.convocation.org/
