1. I still haven't figured out what ACTION PASTA STATION is supposed to mean since it appeared on the menu a while ago. I guess I haven't been in there at the right time on a Wednesday. It sounds like maybe it's pasta with "we're trying too hard" sauce.
2. Someone whose fingers are getting ahead of their brain obviously typed this, and no one proofread it either, since it seems our cafeteria offers such delicacies as "Itlaian" sausage, "Portableea" mushrooms (maybe these don't taste good? portaBLEEA!), and "Calm Chowder" (for those anxious days).

I guess when they hired the new director of Dining Services a couple of years ago they must have got an actual trained professional.
It's weird that they would call it that on the menu unless the pasta guy is oing to be juggling fire or tossing knives or something.
I doubt it (what a shame). This is a college cafeteria we are talking about after all. They should hire a guy from Benihana to do that. :)
I've heard that calm chowder
