I must say, though, that I have never had one of the Intimidating and Freakish Toilet Facilities dreams he mentions. I do have a lot of flying dreams, but aside from that the most common theme is Kissing Some Random Pretty Boy (or Perhaps a Group of Them).

P.S. I haven't had a Michael dream in weeks. Perhaps even months, I want to say tentatively.

Flying and kissing are more memorable dreams than that. You can do without remembering/having the dreams with the scary potties, since they usually don't contribute anything very interesting.

It's possible that not all dream themes are totally universal, even when they're derived from primal urges. I've heard that houses-burning-down and drowning dreams are supposed to be really common, since they're both derived from primal fears, but I've never had them. If I did, I don't remember them. I hope I don't jinx it by saying so, since I don't want to start having them.
