I have a lot of slimline CD/DVD albums from breaking up DVD sets to catalog (I have to repackage them in regular-thickness albums). Would anybody be interested in having them? I've got 21 clear and 4 black right now.

(One of the few things I really dislike about my job is the amount of various packaging and other waste that I have to throw away. If anyone has any ideas what I can do with discarded VHS tapes, CDs, and the like, I'd like to hear them. I know there are some recycling outfits online that you can mail to, but VHS is a tough one because of the mixture of materials involved in a cassette, and I'm not sure I could convince the powers that be that we should use our scarce library money in this way.)

Freecycle has not worked out well for me in the past.

I recently discovered that Best Buys US-wide have recycling dropoffs for CDs, CD cases, and used printer cartridges. No idea about VHS.
