Nom, this place sounds good. I don't think I've been anywhere they actually serve hikarimono (which I'd like to at least try, although I'm a bit skeptical of fish like mackerel), and it's refreshing that the menu isn't full of unagi (which I hate), I imagine because (as I hear) it's one of the worst sushi fishes for sustainability. And I don't think I've seen a multi-veggie roll like that anywhere, and as much as I like fish and rice I often feel like I'm not eating enough green things when I have sushi. Might even be worth a special trip up to the city for (well, probably want to plan more than just a dinner, but still).
