Say, that panel is about the right proportions for a user icon, isn't it?

It's not perfectly square, but the problem actually (having tried it just now) is that the fine lines of the face and the text get kind of lost when it's shrunk to 100x100 px, even when I cropped it as tightly as I could (about 250x250) first.
