Kind of astonished at the length of lines I've been seeing in some polling place photos. I just walked right up to one of the two empty stations (out of three available, plus one electronic voting machine for some reason) at my polling place. I don't know whether it's good or bad - I mean, long lines are surely a pain in the ass, but at least it means people are actually getting out and voting, right? (It may also be the case that my district has a large number of vote-by-mail voters, or something. My mother is a permanent vote-by-mail.)

It's also possible you have more voting places in your city.

Yeah, I went at about 11 am, and my polling place had no waiting and empty booths, too.

I always do early voting. They have them in places like grocery stores, malls, in front of gyms, and the library around here. About 50% of NV voted early, apparently.
