Spam email, and given the context of other similar spam I know they mean "alien" as in "foreigner", i.e., me the red-blooded American male I guess they hope they are targeting (a foreigner to these notional "enchanting girls). But, yeah.

Also, since Fey and I are currently re-reading C.J. Cherryh's Foreigner series — in which the concept of "foreigner" actually does mean "foreign to the planet in question; alien in the sci-fi sense" (although the humans are the foreigners on some other folks' world) — seeing your "'alien' as in 'foreigner'" just gives an extra level of giggle.
