I am not offering an opinion about the bill (haven't even read past this paragraph in the linked article, much less anything more indepth), but CAN WE PLEASE STOP NAMING LAWS WITH SILLY ACRONYMS? Why not just call it the "Fair Fees Act"? I'm actually kind of surprised they didn't go for the pun on "fare" instead. GREAT GOOGLY MOOGLY CUT IT OOUUUUUT
