Somehow, I suspect much of it is actually titles or other et cetera, possibly quite inflated, woo-type stuff. Like if someone from the Anglosphere were to claim his name were "John smith, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Fine Arts, Master of Fine Arts, Doctor of Philosophy and Juris Doctor" rather than just "John Smith". Except I suspect the titles equate to something more like "Most High Enlightened One" or whatever.

Also, what friggin' language is that, anyway?

The part after the period, Bslab bya nor buʼi baṅ mdzod sñiṅ gtam brgya pa raṅ la bskul baʼi gros ʼdebs, turned out to be a book title (this is thus what's known as a name-title authority and not just a name authority, I guess). Still, ʼBri-guṅ Skyabs-mgon Don-grub-chos-rgyal is a mouthful.

Also, what friggin' language is that, anyway?

Tibetan. I think this is Wylie transliteration, which sure looks funny to English speakers. Cf. the Dalai Lama's name, Bstan-’dzin-rgya-mtsho. (Tenzin Gyatso)
