This is that Penny Arcade-hawked thing which gives toys and games to sick children in children's hospitals. You can click on a hospital, mostly in the US, but also in Canada, the UK, Australia, and one in Egypt (!), to select something from their wishlist (in most cases) or you can just make a generalized cash donation. I picked the Children's Hospital in Oakland (most local to me) and scrolled down to something where they had only gotten a small amount of what they had requested, which turned out to be Plaza Sesamo: Me Gusta Ser Yo. (Guess there must be a good sized Spanish-speaking population in that hospital.)
