I feel sorry for any child who tries to play The Castle of Eliv Thade. In this Neopets game, you move around a board by unscrambling sets of letters into real words. In my opinion, very few of the words in this game would actually be in the vocabulary of the average early teen (the main target audience of the site). Even I have to cheat by using a web site to reshuffle the letters into recognizable words, and the words which, as far as I can tell, are complete nonsense do not help, such as glebe and gremble. Now, grebe I would know - it's a kind of bird. And gyre and gimble I might get, because everyone knows that's what you do in a wabe. But whoever heard of glebe and gremble? (The amusing implication that "Jabberwocky" is perfectly sensible, real words which are not nonsense is not intended, but quite appreciated.)
And xelqued? WTF is xelqued?? (Besides "a word which I'm surprised didn't turn up somewhere in Douglas Adams"!) I think I'm going to start using it as a curse word.
