Now for shower time, and then dyeing time. Folks who are likely seeing me tonight, please do not point and laugh at my purple skin. This has been a public service announcement.
Hair dye stain removes is a wonderful liquid that can be bought at many beauty supply stores, and does a great job on the head and hands that have been dyed along with the hair. I highly recommend it.
Over the years I've devised a complicated system of covering up before the process itself, and I generally get good results with 99% isopropyl alcohol afterwards. But there's almost always that one splotch I hadn't realized I had done and so by the time I discovered it, it was well stained. Thanks for the tip.
