I bought my first carton of liquid chai concentrate today, despite temptation on numerous occasions after having first been fed it by
tiggrrl a number of years ago, and enjoying prepared "chai lattes" from coffee shops and pale-stroke-interesting concoctions derived from "chai tea" in bags or loose, combined with copious amounts of milk, in the intervening years.
This is going to be an expensive addiction, especially if I combine it with soy milk like she did.

Makin' Chai

2 parts ginger
2 parts nutmeg
1 part cinnamon
Brew double-strength black tea with spices, strain, cut with equal amount of milk (or soy). Sweeten to taste.
