I like foxes. I am tentatively arriving at the conclusion that my "spirit animal" (take that phrase however you like -- there are many shades of meaning between "fetch", "totem", "power animal", etc that are outside the scope of this post) is a fox. Keyword on this is "general (fox)".
Malkavian antitribu logo from Vampire: the Masquerade. For those for whom that sentence explains nothing, in short, Malkavians are the crazy vampires (symbol thereof being the cracked mirror), and antitribu means they are in the opposing political faction from the bulk of their clan -- in the case of the Malks, that means the Sabbat, who are, er, to cut a very long and complicated story short, the bad guys (the worse guys?). Keyword on this icon is "crazy contrary (malk antitrib)".
What's to explain? Says it all I think. This was the first icon I made a few months ago when I came down hard with Snape fever. I was always a fan of the character (yes books too, not only movies), but I'm one of those sad chumps who really fell in love after Deathly Hallows. Keyword "snape (beautiful)".
Hee hee. This comes from this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PrZQIayUnbA (or search for "cloud song", a bunch of people have uploaded it), which is a cute song and drawing sequence based on Final Fantasy VII. This little critter is a Tonberry, which is a lizard-like dude with a lantern, knife and cloak who takes one step towards you every round, has a gazillion hit points, and if he gets up even with your party, stabs one of you instantly dead with that little knife. Also they have a "karma" attack with the lantern, whereby the more total damage the target themself has inflicted on monsters, the more damage they take in turn. Keyword on this icon "love squee (tonberry)".
This icon just tickled my fancy. ZOMG! WAFFLES! I don't think there is any explaining it, at all. Keyword "weird (zomg waffles)". (If you are a MSTie: Viking Women and the Sea Serpent, wot?)
Also nothing much to explain here. This picture of Alec Hopkins as young Severus was just too gorgeous to leave alone. The cap that's out on the net right now is all muddy, so I spent some time cleaning it up to make this. Gets used on fics or comments that involve a younger Severus mostly, although a few hours ago I misused it on a comment talking about sexual turn-ons, which I'm sure my subconscious thought was a very amusing thing to make me do. Keyword "snape (young severus)".
Another all-purpose icon. This is from Thalia Took's "The Star" tarot art. I like celestial imagery in general and particularly the stars in the hair, here. Keyword "general (thalia star)".
