enotsola: been drinking tropicana cranberry&raspberry juice..
enotsola: and it's potent, so about half and half juice and water works best

I know it has B vitamins and stuff, mostly sourced from the yeast and all, but yeah.. stop ruining my humour! *giggles*

It definitely has "stuff". Have you seen a bartender draw a pint of Guinness? As a finishing touch, he lets the stream of the beverage draw a figure of a cloverleaf on top of the fluid. The figure lasts quite long enough to convey the mug to the customer. A hefty barley soup, that.
