I knew it was retroactive to some stupid date. I had July in my head since
that's the start of the fiscal year, but I also knew it was some loong time,
which is why I thought it was last July. I guess I wasn't that far off. A
year's back difference in pay is like... over $3000. O.O

Bah! I forgot that I wouldn't get notifications of replies to the poll like I would if they were comments, so I was kind of sad for a bit when I thought zaecus had been the only person to ask me a question.

Before I get on with the show, enotsola suggested that a reason I didn't get that many responses might be because I made the results viewable to all, i.e., the questions were not private. Is that an issue for anyone out there who didn't respond, or was it just that you didn't feel like it for whatever reason? ( Anyway, answers... )

I was going through a pile of papers on my desk to see what I could throw away and what needed to be filed. I came across a receipt from this weekend when I had bought a bottle of Gekkeikan sake. On the receipt, it's truncated to merely GEKK SAKE. I think you all can figure out what I misread it as.

p.s. is it made from real geeks?
