Whee! My credit union approved me for the loan, so if the dealer can't give me something really good, then I can say "well okay, fax this to the credit union then, and they'll take care of it". They were rather startled when I said I wanted a 24-month term and were like "uhhh, how about if we call it 48 months, and if you want to make larger payments to pay it off early, there's no penalty for that". Heh. So now I have to fax them a bunch of stuff which I wish they had told me about during the first phone conversation, because then I could have brought the originals with me to work and do it now rather than having to wait and do it tonight or tomorrow, but oh well. So it goes.
