search gripe
Sep. 15th, 2005 12:03 pmArgh. Region search would be so much more useful if I could just add ONE interest. I imagine the reason you can't use more than one search criteria at a time (I know a lot of people, myself included, have especially wished for "two interests" searches) is probably resource load, but it's still annoying. Also annoying is that the name search does ONLY full-word, rather than that being an option. That is, if I search for "faerie", I get only ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
faerie, not every user with that sequence of letters in their name. That kind of result is useful if you want to see if a name is used, I guess (although trying http://www.livejournal.com/users/[whateverusername] works just as well), but doesn't really help in the "find journals that may be interesting and/or may be X type of person" department.
