This is InfoView, the oldest staff client software we used for Unicorn (our library database/automation system/whatever it's called). Looks like either the software or the Mac it was running on had a little Y2K problem:

I had to do a double-take -- I almost read the date as 5-23-100. I suppose the :23 in the time makes up for it.
