- I "only" had to go skip=280 to read all the friends' entries I missed while I was in Canada from the 3rd through the 7th.
- There is not now, nor has there ever been, an x in the word espresso.
- The woman in front of me in line when I stopped at the store on the way home from work was buying ice cream and Gaviscon (an antacid). My immediate thought was "so don't eat it if it upsets your stomach, dummy!" (even though I figured they were not intended for the same person)
- After seeing someone's quote attribution in a newsgroup post be in Finnish (I think), I now have random snippets of Varttina running through my head. (They're a Finnish folk-rock kind of thing, at least they are on the one CD I have.)
- My dad put a new reflective car windowshade thing in my car while I was away in Canada. This was fine since the one I had was starting to not stay upright in the window, but was weird when I got in the car this morning and noticed that the memorized, habitual motions I make to take it out of the window and fold it had had a bit of a wrench thrown in them. Also, my right rear trim light (not the brake/parking light, but on the side of the car, over the tire) has gone out and my rear window is absolutely filthy since my dad didn't clean it off like he usually does (he's just being nice) after mowing the lawn and blowing various yard stuff all over it.
