This is taken in the bottom of the slightly-underground part of the parking garage at De Anza. Behind the fencing you can see some road signs and barriers that they use now and again (this is where they are stored). I have no idea why this toilet is here or how it got there. It appeared at least a week ago and has not moved; the plastic bit of road barrier leaning against it, however, has shown up in the meantime, and was not there originally. I figure only a maintenance person of some description would be able to remove a toilet from one of the campus bathrooms and deposit it here, but I have no clue why such a thing would be done.
