I asked customer service if there was any way to filter feedback to show only the negatives and/or neutrals a person got, because especially if someone has a fairly large amount of feedback, it can be quite a chore to trawl through page after page looking for the negatives to see what they were for. I was expecting to get "no, there's no feature for that" as a straight answer. But what I got was this:
"We do not allow members to view only a particular type of feedback of other members as this would not be appropriate and would give a wrong impression of the particular member."
How does it "give a wrong impression"? "Not appropriate"?? WTF? It strikes me as being a very useful, nay, almost indispensable tool.
