Why is there a locksmith's ad on the spine of my phone book? Who would be keeping it outside their house or car, that they'd be able to see this number when they most needed it?
Maybe it's meant for people that have something locked inside the house? Or maybe you got one of the phone books that they usually put into phone booths?
What do you do when you're locked out? You get to the nearest phone . . . so maybe you won't see the one in your house, but your neighbor who's lost their key will.
