Interesting count of votes (supposedly) only from states which have 100% reported: http://www.freewebs.com/kbensaysresults/
I caught a bit of comment on CNN this morning that Ohio law requires a wait of 10 days before the provisional ballots can be counted, so who knows exactly what might happen, but that they thought Kerry had conceded based on the unlikelihood of him actually getting enough of the votes to overtake Bush's lead in the state. Last night, though, I think it was, Larry King remarked on a gubernatorial (?) race he remembered where the guy who conceded later turned out to have actually won (and therefore took office, since the concession isn't legally binding). That'd be pretty odd if it happened.

A concession is just a speech, although I appreciated his deciding not to sic 10,000 lawyers on this. Of course, the conspiratheorists are already hard at work (http://www.bluelemur.com/index.php?p=388)...)
