...there's a Canadian consulate in San Jose? WTF? Not one that has anything to do with what I'm doing, mind; only the Consulate General in Buffalo does immigration processing (although it's possible to have an interview in Detroit, Seattle, or Los Angeles as well as New York), but it's just bizarre to find out.
