Sterling Silver Bat Flock Ear Climber
A flock of bats holds fast to the edge of your ear. The ear climber may be worn on both ears.
From the apparent size of the thing in the photograph, I think they mean it can be worn on either ear, not both. (A set of sterling silver bat headphones, perhaps?)
