1. If you don't want the customers to touch the food samples (presumably for hygiene reasons?), bat their hands away when they reach for them and say "no, no, here", handing your customer a sample of sausage when they were reaching for the smoked cheese. Don't under any circumstances put up a sign saying something like "Samples? Sure! Please let us serve you."
2. When your customer asks if you have any more of something which is currently an empty spot on the shelf, just look dumb and say "I don't think so." Don't make any show of trying to find out whether there are, in fact, any more, and don't direct her to another store location if you find out there aren't any. (Best Buy jerk!
