Given they are green inside and out, it won't be long before someone starts wanting meat from them and at this point there will be breakfasts of eggs and green ham - the modern world is an odd and wondrous place where even Doctor Seuss can come almost true.
I think the ham has always been portrayed as green anyway... (green (eggs and ham)) as opposed to ((green eggs) and ham). In any event there is a Moxy Früvous song about it which includes the phrase "Martian ham! Pork from space!" which is probably even more appropriate now.
