Last night one of the things I dreamed was that I had finally gotten to put in disc 2 of Final Fantasy VII (which enotsola keeps promising will happen Real Soon Now, but I'm up to 30 hours of play time already and still haven't - he keeps being wrong about where the disc change is: "I think it's after you ____. Oh, well, then it must be after you _______. No? I guess it must be at _____ then?"). Apparently I managed to get the screen message right even though I've never seen it before. And it was so real that this morning at breakfast I was talking about how I'd finally done it, and enotsola is like "what you crazy? you haven't done that yet" and I could have just sworn that I had. (I hadn't, of course, as the fact of disc 2 still being in the case confirmed.)

Um, the disc change happens right after one of the hugest spoilers in video game history, so I'm even afraid to ask where you are... But if you took 30 hours to get there, you're definitely using my play style----slow :-).

Rocket Town. And I know Aeris dies. I don't get "spoilers". It doesn't "spoil" anything for me to know what happens next.

I would LOVE to tell you. Unfortunately, in telling, I would RUIN the bigest plot twist in video game history. IT will happen very Soon upon reaching the city of the ancients.....If Aeris hasn't left your party yet..you've got a while to go yet though. LEt me know how far you are...

Sephiroth kills her, I know that. (I totally don't get the whole "spoilers" thing. Knowing what happens in movies or games doesn't ruin things for me.) I've just got to Rocket Town. Lots further? I'm just astonished how much content is on the first disc, I think. and if I'm only a third of the way through, I'm going to waste a LOT of my life on this game.

If I remember correctly, you switch to disc 2 shortly after visiting the Temple of the Ancients.
