No, I knew that part, hence the remark "Ew, Axe. Yuck. It wouldn't be hard to be better than that effect" -- I hate the smell of the stuff. But I just wondered about why I am suddenly supposed to be desirous on March 8th.

I quite agree with you regarding the supposed Axe affect, yet at least two friends actually like it. I find it triggers my sinuses and smells awful.

I generally dislike all perfume (for men or women). I like some things like vanilla and amber, and will tolerate "Wood Lock" heat rub which smells like wintergreen. My cats also have approved those scents.

Essential oils... Artificial scents are disgusting, and the more so the longer I deal with natural scents.

I dislike most perfumes as such too. Vanilla and amber are good. I like woods and spices generally (sandalwood, patchouli, vetivert, oakmoss, nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon) and some musks, which since they are all artificial (I hope!), they are all different.
