I don't know why motifs like this strike me so much. It's like Fry's dog waiting forever for him outside that pizza parlor in that one episode of Futurama. (Making me cry just thinking about it, in fact.)
Okay, so I know I don't post in your journal much, but dang...Fry's dog! Augh--I can't even watch that episode anymore. It's like watching Beaches or Steel Magnolias. You just *know* the sobbing is coming.
