Anybody know why sometimes (how much? 50%? I dunno), when trying to view a locked entry you don't have permission for, you get a non-whatever-LJ-styled "403 Forbidden You don't have permission to access [url] on this server" instead of the proper "You are not authorized to view this protected entry" page?
